Funds are not applied instantly.
Reloads are processed Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (EST).

• During business hours: same day
• After hours/weekends: next business day
• Processing may be delayed during holidays.

All orders are processed within 7–10 business days.

• Orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS)
• You will receive a shipping notification once your order is sent
• Only orders over $200 include a USPS tracking number

Please contact [email protected] to make arrangements for pickup at any of our 3 divisions (Hartford, New Haven, Stamford) during service hours.

If you created an account with a username and password:

• You will receive a printed order with your shipment
• You can log in and view your order history
• You can reprint your order, which also serves as your CTtransit invoice

All prices are publicly listed on our website.

All shipments are handled by USPS, and delivery timing is outside our control.

• Estimated delivery: 7-10 business days after shipping
• Delays may occur depending on USPS operations and weather

Please ensure your address includes your:

• Full Name
• Complete Street Address
• Apartment/Unit number
• Zip code

If your order is returned to us:

1. We will attempt to contact you.
2. We will resend the order once (via USPS).
3. If delivery fails again, the order may be canceled and refunded.
